Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, have the original tags attached, and are packed in their original branded shoebox or packaging.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account profile or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items securely in a shipping box, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized courier point or Tekkie Town retail location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
